THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE



Ingredients:

750ml of líquid cream
750ml of milk
150gr of dark chocolate
150gr of milk chocolate
150gr of white chocolate
3 envelopes of curd
1 Package of coockies type maria
60gr of butter






The first step of this easy cake, is to crush the coockies very wells add the butter. Mix until formin a kind of dough. Place it in  removable mold and achieve a thin layer of the dough with the help of a spatula. Reserve in the fridge.
Place 250ml in a pot of milk , an envelope of curd, 250ml of cream and dark chocolae. Bring to a boil until everithing is perfectly integrated. Let it rest for a few minutes, and when it starts to thicken we should place  it in the mold that we have in the fridge. And again take it to the refrigerator.


The second layer is that of milk chocolate, we must respect all the measurements of the dark chocolate layer. Withe a fork, scratch the layer of dark chocolate, and place the second layer in the mold by pouringit over a saucepan, so that itbecomes a source and the Chocolates do not mix, and retorn the dessert to the refrigerator.


For the third layer, wick is the withe chocolate, the quantities are identical to the previous ones and the steps to follow are the sam as in the second layer. Placethe last layer and let it rest in the refrigerator for the 8 hours. The decoration of this cae is very simple. Some idees are grated chocolate, chocolate chips, merengue, etc; but you can put wath you want. Let your imagination fly and surprise your famili and friends with this THREE CHOLATE CAKE!
