"Good morning" pancakes
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of sugar
a pinch of salt
200 g of flour
200 ml of whole milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. of olive oil
2 tsp of baking powder 1 tsp of vanilla extract
butter
STEPS
- In the large bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar with a whisk. Blend in the oil, the milk, the vanilla extract and the salt and mix well.
- Put the flour and the baking powder and sieve it into the bowl while beating the mixture with the whisk. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Let the butter sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat the frying pan greased with oil or butter, Pour the batter into the pan. There´s no need to spread it out since the pancake will form on its own.
- You´ll see that soon little bubbles start to appear. When some of them start to burst and the pancake stops being liquid, flip it over with the spatula and let it cook on the other side.
- serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup or ,if you enjoy having more varity ,with whipped cream and strwberry , chocolate or caramel syrup
