CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS: flour, eggs, sugar,cream, butter, coverage chocolate, cocoa chocolate, baking powder and essence of vanilla.

UTENSILS: bowl, oven paper, mold, roller, brush, spatula and varillas.


DIRECTIONS:

1. First. In a bowl , mix the eggs and the sugar and beat.  In another bowl, mix butter and chocolate and beat too.
2. Then, add the baking powder to the flour and mix everything with the cream and the vanilla.
3. Grease the mold with butter and flour, and pour all the dough into the mold.
4.Turn the oven on 180C.
5. Bake the cake for  30 minuts.


CAKE COVER

4. Melt the chocolate with butter in the "bain Marie" and with a spatula add to the cake.
