APPLE JAM 


INGREDIENTS

apples and sugar
DIRECTIONS
1st. Peel de apples
2nd. Cut the apples into cubes
3rd. Put the apples in a pot with a little water.
4th. Boil everything until the water is reduced.
5th. Add the sugar to de apples
6th. Stir the apples with the sugar until the desired texture is obtained.
ENJOY!!!

THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients: 750ml of líquid cream 750ml of milk 150gr of dark chocolate 150gr of milk chocolate 150gr of white chocolate 3 envelopes of curd 1 Package of coockies type maria 60gr of butter The first step of this easy cake, is to crush the coockies very wells add the butter. Mix until formin a kind of dough. Place it in  removable mold and achieve a thin layer of the dough with the help of a spatula. Reserve in the fridge. Place 250ml in a pot of milk , an envelope of curd, 250ml of cream and dark chocolae. Bring to a boil until everithing is perfectly integrated. Let it rest for a few minutes, and when it starts to thicken we should place  it in the mold that we have in the fridge. And again take it to the refrigerator. The second layer is that of milk chocolate, we must respect all the measurements of the dark chocolate layer.
